Need vaccines for our bodies?

Why do our bodies need the vaccine ..?. Vaccination is useful to stimulate the immunological system of the body to form specific antibodies that can protect the body against disease. Vaccination purpose is to stimulate an immune response without causing disease.
Immunizations and Vaccinations function is to maintain the health of the public not susceptible to disease. In addition, immunization and vaccination may also decrease the incidence of disease, disability and death as a result of infectious diseases that can be prevented by immunization and vaccination (Vaccine-preventable disease). Immunization and vaccination not only provide protection to the individual but also to the community, especially for diseases spread by humans.
We can divide the type of vaccine that is based on the following terms:

1. Distinguishing types of vaccine antigens used to stimulate the immunological system / power of the body's defense made antobody substances.
2. Differentiation of vaccine on the basis of how to make the vaccine, so we know the existence of live attenuated vaccines (live attenuated vaccine) and a dead vaccine (Vaccine killed / inactivated vaccine).
Also we introduced with Monovalent vaccines and vaccine Polivalent
3. Differentiation of vaccines for infant immunization of children, and vaccines for the immunization of adults and the elderly
4. Differentiation of vaccine based on their intended use, for example, there are tourists vaccine, for tourists who will travel to an endemic area with certain infectious diseases, vaccine pregnant women to prevent miscarriage fetus (abortion) and prevent the fetus is born with congenital fisk defects (congenital anomaly)
5. Vaccine future: for example utuk malaria vaccine, a vaccine for dengue fever vaccine for Glioblastoma brain tumors, prostate cancer vaccine, the vaccine for diabetes etc
