How to Healthy Eyes

Without the presence of this one organ, it would be difficult for us to describe how it feels. Well, just so, here are tips to maintain eye health. Tips to Maintain Eye Health:
Please check your eyes regularly. It is good to prevent and treat eye problems that already exist. And if you use contact lenses, make sure to thoroughly clean.
Eat a balanced diet of fruits and fresh vegetables. Eat foods rich in nutrients vitamins A, E and C. Eat lots of carrots are rich in beta-carotene and include fish high in omega 3. Try to consume a cup of broccoli because it is also good for the eyes.
Taking care of your health and immune system. Avoid too much smoking and drinking excessive alcohol, because it can make your eyes look tired. Smoking has an adverse effect on the blood circulation around the eye area. If you have diabetes, it is recommended regular check-ups, because if ignored it can affect the eyes. Protect your eyes with sunglasses or at least 95% protected from UV (ultra violet). Choose the type of glasses with a nice frame to ensure full protection. Perform simple eye exercises such as eye blinking to relieve stress. Blinking helps lubricate the eye. Try to close your eyes for about 5 minutes to be relaxed and reduce eye strain. Have time to rest the eyes as much as possible will be very good. Seeing green something very good for the eyes.
