3. Eating fish regularly
Omega-3 fatty acids contained in fish can help reduce your risk of getting prostate cancer. Omega-3 is found in fatty fish such as salmon, sardines, and tuna. Research from UCLA (2011) found that a low-fat diet combined with fish oil supplements can slow the spread of prostate cancer cells.

4. Consumption of tofu and green tea
According to the Mayo Clinic, a nutrient called isoflavones have been associated with a reduced risk of prostate cancer. Isoflavones are found in tofu (soy), peanuts, and lentils. in addition, some studies have also shown that men who drink green tea or green tea extract supplements have a lower risk of prostate cancer compared with those who did not.
